Shaw Contract Adhesive Name Update

Beginning December 1^st, we introduced a name change to seven of our adhesives. The new names incorporate a number system that will allow for an easier and more accurate ordering process.  

The reasons for these changes are as follows: 

• Overwhelming internal and external customer feedback that our names cause confusion without having simple numbers to reference. 
• Continuous order entry errors due to similarities in the current naming convention. Adding the number sequence will help differentiate the available options. 
• When selecting a good, better, or best option, the number sequence will add additional clarification. The higher number identifies the better option in most cases. 
• Ease of order entry when searching for the desired adhesive.

• No, the style numbers will stay the same. You can view our totalworx catalogue to find the appropriate style numbers if needed. 
• Do I need to update existing orders to reflect the new style name?  
• No, because the style numbers are not changing, the system will automatically reflect the new names. There is no action needed on your end!
